What's the minimum team size to run this?
Teams of 5 or more. Smaller teams can still run it, but the aggregate report's reliability depends on hitting our participation threshold (we'll tell you what that is during setup).
Will I see how individual people answered?
No. Company-level reporting is anonymized. You see aggregate patterns and gaps, not individual answers.
How long does it take?
You choose your response window (most teams pick 5–14 days). We prepare the company report once the window closes and the participation threshold is met. We'll walk you through the threshold calculation on the setup call.
What if we don't get 100% participation?
We include only completed responses. We send automatic reminders to help boost participation. We'll confirm the final participation count before we generate the report, so no surprises.
What's the difference between this Assessment and the Build Sprint?
This Assessment shows you where your org stands and what to prioritize in the next 90 days.
