Honest about what we can and can't track:
- We don't show opens. Apple Mail Privacy and similar make opens a floor, never a ceiling — so we tell you who's invited and who's completed, full stop.
- Anonymity is preserved. "Completed" only flips after a respondent submits — you never see individual answers.
- Reminders are throttled to one per respondent every 24 hours, capped at 3 manual reminders per engagement.
