AI, measured

Using AI is easy. Getting better is hard.

You're already in the tools every day. What's missing is a read on what “good” looks like, where the gaps are, and the next move that actually moves you forward.

The quiz is 100% free. No email, no sign-up, instant results.

Two doors

Two paths: personal or org.

For you, personally

Score your own AI capability.

A 30-question diagnostic across five dimensions on how AI is showing up in your work. Not the org's, yours.

  • A personal AI capability score across five dimensions, calibrated against your own self-rating. See where you're strongest and where the gaps are.
  • A named pattern for why your AI work isn't compounding, plus a directional cost-of-gap estimate for the next 12 months.
  • A 7 / 30 / 90-day personal roadmap and your AI Growth Prompt. Paste it into ChatGPT or Claude to coach against your specific gaps.

30 questions across 5 dimensions / Personal report + AI Growth Prompt

For the org you run

See where the org actually stands.

Distribute to your team. Get one aggregate read across the same five dimensions, plus the gap between what leaders think and what operators see.

  • An aggregate org score across five dimensions of AI: where leaders and operators agree, where they disagree, and what the gap is worth in dollars per year.
  • The one workflow worth fixing first. Diagnosis, not a vendor pitch. Plus operating-model recommendations and individual snapshots per respondent.
  • A forwardable executive web report you can send to the COO, plus a Company AI Activation Prompt for the team.

The upside

What getting better is worth.

Set your team size and how much of the week AI could already handle — then see what closing the gap puts back. The list on the left is the pattern most people walk in with.

  • Subscriptions auto-renewing, tools sprawling across the team. The bill climbs. The week doesn't change.
  • Meetings get transcribed. Reports get summarized. The actual work takes just as long.
  • Your best prompt lives in a notes app. No one else on the team can find it.
  • Every quarter, someone rebuilds the workflow someone else already solved.

How it works

Three steps.

The path from "I'm curious" to "I have a clear, prioritized answer" is short on purpose. Most people are in or out within ten days.

Step 01

Take the AI Quiz

Five minutes. You get an org score and a personal AI score, a named pattern for why ideas haven't stuck, and a directional dollar figure for the gap.

Step 02

Read your result

The result page tells you which next step is the right fit: the Individual Assessment, the Company Assessment, a Build Sprint, or none of the above. A 30-minute walkthrough call is offered if you want a second pair of eyes.

Step 03

Pick your path

The Individual AI Assessment gives you your personal operator profile and roadmap. The Company AI Assessment maps the org across five dimensions. The AI Build Sprint ships one workflow end-to-end.

Who it's for

Built for operators ready to move this quarter.

A clear yes or a clear not-yet — either way you save a quarter. Here's who the work fits, and when to circle back if the timing's off.

This is for you if

  • You're a founder, operator, marketing or revenue leader. Not an enterprise IT department.
  • Your org is already using AI. You want to stop guessing at ROI and start pointing at numbers.
  • You want a written deliverable you can act on this quarter. Not a multi-month engagement.
  • You're willing to be honest about where the workflow is actually broken.
  • Budget isn't the barrier. Clarity is.

Probably not the right moment if

  • You want an enterprise consulting contract with twenty approvers and a twelve-week timeline.
  • You're not yet sure AI is a priority this quarter. Come back when it is.
  • You need deep custom-code development with a full engineering org.
  • You've already mapped your workflow clearly and need someone to build it. The AI Build Sprint is the better fit.

Not sure where you fall? The Quiz result page tells you directly — and if the timing's just off, I'm always glad to connect and compare notes on LinkedIn.

After the quiz

Three paid next steps. You pick which one fits.

The AI Quiz tells you whether you're looking at a personal capability question, an org-level question, or both. From there, three fixed-scope, fixed-price options. Not a required sequence. Different starting points.

For yourself

Individual AI Assessment

30 questions across 5 dimensions / Personal report

Score your own AI capability across five dimensions, get an operator profile, a 90-day growth roadmap, and a personalized AI Growth Prompt you can paste into your AI of choice.

For your company

Company AI Assessment

Self-serve setup / Aggregate report

Invite the people in scope to a private respondent quiz. Get an aggregate, anonymized read across the same five dimensions, plus a Company AI Activation Prompt tuned to your tier and industry.

When you know what to build

AI Build Sprint

Fixed scope / One workflow shipped

Ships one workflow end-to-end inside the tools your org already uses. Documented, handed off, with a 30-day check-in included. You don't need an Assessment first.

From $4,500 Build Sprint

If the Quiz shows none of these is the right fit right now, the result page says so directly.

Your help building out an agent saved me time on a tedious task, made me more efficient, and delivered quality output. Having a strong starting point also gives me a solid foundation to build on.

About

Who you'd actually be working with.

Nathanael Tyre
Nathanael Tyre · Operator

Most of what I know about AI in real organizations comes from doing this work full-time inside one. I've shipped 50+ AI agents and 1000+ automation workflows across functions into production, dozens of one-off builds, and designed and delivered an AI literacy curriculum across functions. I've also watched a lot of pilots die. Usually for the same reason every time.

What that taught me: the bottleneck almost never sits on the model or the prompt. It sits upstream. Nobody agreed which workflow was actually worth the investment, or how to know if it landed. The Quiz, the Assessments, and the Build Sprint are how I draw that line.

FAQ

A few questions before you start.

Is this affiliated with a current or former employer?

No. NathanaelTyre.ai is independently owned and operated as Tyred Labs. The methodology, the Quiz, the Assessments, the Build Sprint, and every engagement have no relationship to any current or former employer. All work happens on personal time, on personal infrastructure, with no employer assets involved.

What happens to my data when I take the Quiz?

The Quiz is 100% free and asks for no personal details to show your results. No email, no sign-up. It collects only your quiz answers and the org-size and hours inputs you provide, stores your result so you can reopen the link, and saves a copy in your own browser. That's it. If you choose the optional "email me a copy" button on the result page, that address is used only to send you that one email. No tracking pixels stitched across the web, no resold lists, no CRM enrichment of your name against third-party data. You can ask me to delete your record at any time at contact@nathanaeltyre.ai.

What does this cost?

The Quiz is free. The Individual AI Assessment is $49. The Company AI Assessment is $1,950. The AI Build Sprint starts at $4,500. Each is fixed-scope, fixed-price, fixed-timeline.

For context: a day of internal org time spent trying to answer the same question costs roughly $1,500–$3,000 in salary and produces nothing forwardable. An equivalent scoping engagement from a consulting firm runs $5,000–$15,000.

How is this different from what a consulting firm would do?

Consulting firms sell decks. I sell decisions. The Assessment is a written deliverable scoped for one week, priced for independent professionals and small orgs who need a real answer fast. Not an enterprise project budget. The Build Sprint is real building, not three months of slideware. Both are fixed-scope, fixed-price, fixed-timeline.

Five minutes is a low price for a clear answer.

Two scores: org capability and personal capability. A named pattern. A directional dollar figure for the gap. From there, the next step picks itself. Or you decide there isn't one yet. Both are useful answers.
