What 'proof rights' means
"Proof rights" is the agreement we make with every Company Assessment buyer: we may reference the engagement publicly only in ways you approve.
Default
- Aggregate, anonymized counts (e.g., "X assessments run across Y industries this quarter"). Yes, no approval needed.
- Company name, tier, or any direct quote from the report. No, not without written consent.
- Logos on a wall. No, not without written consent.
If you want to be a public reference
Email Nate. We'll write up the specific language and ask for your sign-off in writing. You retain veto over any public mention.
Refunds
If the assessment doesn't run (fewer than 50% of invited respondents complete and we can't reach quorum within an extended window) we refund the company assessment. Build sprint refunds are case-by-case after kickoff. The individual assessment is non-refundable once started; ask Nate to reset if something went wrong.
