How the AI Assessment Works
The AI Assessment measures how your team actually uses AI today, then shows you the next concrete tier to move toward. It is structured so a busy operator can run it in days, not weeks, and so the report is grounded in your team's real answers rather than a consultant's opinion.
1. Kickoff
You buy the company assessment and complete a short setup form: who you are, what your industry is, what outcomes matter to you, and the list of respondents. We freeze the question bank and scoring version at this point so the engagement is reproducible.
2. Invites
Each respondent receives a private link. They take the assessment independently, typically 15 minutes. We send automatic gentle reminders on day 2, day 4, and day 6. You can also send manual reminders from the client portal.
3. Completion threshold
The report unlocks when 70% of invited respondents complete, OR when the engagement window closes (typically 5 business days). This balance avoids two failure modes: waiting forever for a stragglerless 100%, and reporting on too few responses to mean anything.
4. Aggregate calculation
Tier and dimension scores are computed by code, not by an LLM. The same input always produces the same numbers. The narrative around those numbers is AI-generated, grounded in your aggregate scores, and validated against the data before it ships.
5. Report delivery
You get a written report (web + PDF) with your tier, dimension breakdown, strongest area, primary gap, and a recommended growth or activation prompt. The client portal lets you re-open it any time without going through Nate.
What it is not
- It is not a vendor evaluation. We don't recommend tools.
- It is not a benchmark. You score against your own evidence.
- It is not a one-off survey. The next round will compare cleanly.
